The Dow Chemical Company Introduces Broken Glass Stabilizer - Product Secures Broken Glass In Seconds

The Dow Chemical Company will introduce one of its newest products, Broken Glass Stabilizer™ (BGS™) during the National Hardware Show in Orlando, FL May 8-11, 2007.
Each year approximately 300 million square feet of glass is shattered in North America. Whether broken by a baseball, a hurricane or a vandal, fractured glass is a danger and must be secured. Dow BGS™ uses a proprietary, patent-pending technology that allows users to secure a broken glass window almost immediately with a spray-on polymeric foam. Users can secure broken glass instantly, fuse hazardous broken glass into a safe panel, patch window holes with a weather-tight seal; and trap glass shards into a manageable solid.
